Steer Automotive Group is looking for a dedicated Regional Panel Technician to support our sites in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs — upholding our core values of excellence, integrity, and innovation every step of the way. About the Role As a Regional Panel Technician, you’ll travel across a designated group of sites, providing expert structural and cosmetic panel repairs to ensure vehicles are restored to manufacturer standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining performance levels across the group, supporting sites during peak workloads, holiday cover, or special projects. ​ What You’ll Be Doing Carrying out structural and non-structural panel repairs efficiently and to the highest standards Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer specifications and safety standards Providing flexible support across multiple sites within your region Working closely with site teams to maintain repair flow and minimise downtime Keeping accurate records of all work and parts used ​ What We’re Looking For Proven experience in panel repair work within a bodyshop environment ATA/NVQ Level 3 in Panel Repair (or equivalent) preferred Strong understanding of modern vehicle construction and repair methods A self-motivated, adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills A full UK driving licence Excellent communication and teamwork skills ​ Join a business that’s setting new standards in accident repair and become part of a group that genuinely values your expertise and passion for quality. ​ Apply today to drive your career forward with Steer Automotive Group .
