Arborists- Nottingham
Our client is a leading provider of Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture
We are looking for experienced Arborists in the Nottingham area
Applicants will ideally have a drivers license and experience of driving light commercial vehicles and towing trailers is desirable. Applicants must be reliable and conscientious, have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn with the ability to work on their own initiative.
Previous experience as an Arborist is essential and also experience in grounds maintenance work, horticultural tasks and use of handheld machinery is desirable but full training will be given.
The candidate will need to be flexible and reliable with a thorough, proven knowledge of all aspects of tree work: ground and aerial
Comfortable undertaking arboricultural duties including tree pruning, dismantling & felling
Tree climbing and aerial rescue, tree felling, competence in using chainsaw from a rope and harness, chainsaw maintenance and cross-cutting, woodchipper
1b MEWP Qualification Preferable but not essentialThe pay rate is negotiable within reason
