Job Description:
We are recruiting for a leading Yorkshire and Lincolnshire legal practice. The firm require experienced Commercial Law solicitors able to deal with a wide variety of matters including sales & acquisitions, planning and development, agriculture, rights over land landlord & tenant (commercial and residential).
Experience of commercial property transactions is essential, with the ideal candidate being able to hit the ground running and support the principal solicitor on more complex matters, whilst also developing their own caseload.
The successful candidate will ideally have 1-3 years PQE.

The firm is looking for an ambitious person who is enthusiastic about their area of law, effective at business development, and has excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and team skills with an excellent eye for detail. You must be able to manage your own caseload with minimum supervision and be prepared to develop further through networking and links with local sources of referral work.
