The Senior Project Co-Ordinator will oversee the supply of products to the customer to the agreed specification, with assured delivery in sequence and time, working closely with all parties to meet a transparent product cost. To coordinate the development of the programme and the subsequent monitoring against it for design, manufacturing and delivery. The Senior Project Co-ordinator will ensure the requisite production capacity is booked for projects to achieve programmes and in accordance with budgets. You will work together with the procurement team to develop material procurement schedules for non - standard items and monitor progress. You will be accountable for the commercial monitoring of each project managing costs, risk and potential liabilities or opportunities. Provide a monthly commercial report and present the numbers within a contract review. What will the role look like? Provide all necessary reporting to project teams through the project tracker system. Attend site progress, coordination meetings and workshops as required, investigating any customer complaints Attend APQP launch for project ensuring design requirements are fully considered in manufacturing plan Understand the EIP delivery capability, capacities and lead in requirements against those required by the project team coordinating requirements with all relevant parties. Ensure moulds and patterns are coordinated and procured in a timely manner to meet the project manufacturing requirements. Monitor progress of all elements of design, delivery and supply chain providing coordination where required, identifying any deviation from schedule and therefore proposing and implementing recovery plans as required. What skills & experience are we looking for? Degree qualified in construction / civil engineering. Precast Concrete manufacturing experience preferred, although not essential.
