THE ROLE: As Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will sell an innovative range of diagnostic instrumentation / equipment and consumables to pathology labs and procurement within NHS and private hospitals across the North West (and Scotland, typically once a month over two days. Typical customers will be Pathologists, Biomedical Scientists, EBME, Lab Managers / technicians and purchasing / procurement.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
6. Ideally a degree in Molecular Biology or Biomedical Science / related
7. Experience of selling equipment to hospitals or private labs
8. Any experience of diagnostics and pathology labs is preferred,
9. Excellent relationship building and "closing" skills
10. Full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
11. Living in the North West (not Scotland, due to territory focus)
THE PACKAGE
12. Basic salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending upon experience
13. OTE £10,000
14. Choice of car or car allowance
15. Benefits: 10% Pension, Healthcare, lunch allowance, 24 days' holiday + stats (increasing to 30 with service) + Full Benefits
TERRITORY
The Sales Specialist role covers the North West and Scotland, but Scotland is only two days per month, so candidates need to live in the North West.
