About the role
As our Senior Experience Delivery Manager, you will be a central part of the Digital Delivery leadership team, reporting to the Global Senior Delivery Manager. You will own and manage digital projects through a dedicated cross-functional Squad, lead strategic initiatives, and guide new ways of working across the team. You will act as a key contact for stakeholders across the business and help set the direction for our future delivery standards.
You will:
1. Gather requirements: Ensure briefs are accurate, actionable, and aligned to team needs. Support teams in shaping more effective briefs when needed.
2. Plan and prioritise: Maintain project backlogs, contribute to forecasting and capacity planning, and manage change processes.
3. Communicate and report: Provide clear and regular project updates, risks, and recommendations to the Experience Delivery Lead, Head of Digital Delivery, and cross-functional teams.
4. Oversee production: Ensure projects meet process standards; drive production teams to deliver to brief and deadline; support continuous improvement, and champion best practice in digital systems and documentation. Provide training on production tools when required.
5. Manage stakeholders and suppliers: Set clear expectations, tailor communications for creative, technical, and leadership audiences, and manage supplier relationships, quotes, and retainers.
6. Facilitate collaboration: Lead daily and weekly Squad meetings, ensuring productive sessions and clear, actionable outcomes.
7. Deliver campaigns: Oversee the delivery of digital assets—including web pages, third-party retail assets, and eCRM—at pace and scale.
8. Lead strategically: Contribute to digital delivery strategy, roll out new processes, and help raise standards across the function.
About you
You will bring:
9. A proven record of driving digital asset production across multiple projects
10. Experience with content management systems and project tools such as Jira and Confluence
11. Skill in leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders
12. Strong planning and management of high volumes of digital asset demand and briefs
13. Experience working with third parties, including negotiating and interrogating design briefs
Bonus if you bring:
14. Line management experience
15. Experience managing a digital or design studio
16. Experience working closely with technical teams
17. Knowledge of Agile ways of working, including Scrum
