Details of a MachineOperator
* Hixon ST18
* Monday to Thursday
* 6am - 4pm
* £12.21 - £15.00 p/h (Pay rate depends on experience)
* Temp to perm
Roles of a MachineOperator
* Operating low-pressure / low-temperature overmoulding machines (Moldman / Optimel)
* Loading inserts and carrying out overmoulding/encapsulation of cables, connectors, and electronics
* Setting basic parameters and completing mould changeovers to production spec
* Quality inspection and finishing (flash trim, defects, sealing/cosmetic checks)
* Following drawings/work instructions and completing production paperwork/traceability
Requirements of a MachineOperator
* Must have a prior back ground
* Must be physically capable of heavy lifting
* Must be physically capable of standing for long periods of time
* Must be able to drive due to location of the role
* Must be able to attend an interview
