To be a proactive and influential member of the workshop team in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines to maintain a fleet of Ferraris, Aston Martin Vantages, McLaren 570 & 620R, BMW M, and Single seaters. The role involves supporting the maintenance of the wider Silverstone venue fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the workshop floor and assign tasks from the Workshop Manager.
2. Communicate technical updates from suppliers to the team.
3. Support fleet preparation and monitor productivity.
4. Motivate team members and demonstrate leadership.
5. Maintain vehicles according to schedules, conduct inspections, diagnose faults, and perform repairs.
6. Ensure workshop activities comply with housekeeping and Health and Safety standards.
7. Work professionally as part of a team to meet departmental goals.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Workshop Manager.
Team Responsibilities:
1. Support and mentor team members to ensure successful event operations.
2. Create a positive, proactive work environment.
3. Maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation.
Performance Objectives:
1. Set objectives through the Personal Development Review (PDR).
2. Own and complete business priorities timely.
3. Foster teamwork.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Engineering.
* Experience with prestige or sports cars.
* Welding and fabrication skills (desirable).
* Clean UK manual driving license.
* Flexible, dedicated, and ambitious.
* Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
* Strong collaborative and leadership skills.
* At least 2 years experience as a senior technician.
