Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.
* Review financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
* Provide guidance and support to audit teams, fostering professional development.
* Maintain strong client relationships and address their audit-related queries effectively.
* Identify and communicate risk areas during engagements to ensure proactive solutions.
* Ensure timely delivery of audit reports and other deliverables to clients.
* Collaborate with other departments to support the company's overall objectives.
* Assist in the development and improvement of internal audit processes and methodologies.
Profile / Qualifications
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in audit and assurance within professional services.
* Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
* Proficiency in audit-related software and tools.
