Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Liverpool for a Lettings Negotiator. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for managing landlord and tenant matters, assisting clients at the end of the property rental process, and maintaining relationships with property owners and tenants. Daily tasks include conducting check-out reports, negotiating deposit deductions, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management preferred but not essential for the right person
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of the Liverpool property market is a plus
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
