This role offers the flexibility of being based anywhere in the country. We offer remote/hybrid working options, servicing a portfolio of housing clients in your geographical remit. Occasional office visits with the wider team in Reading will be required.

Marsh’s Public Sector team are a leading provider of insurance and risk management services.. We will rely on you to:
8. Manage a portfolio of housing clients
9. Identify, and agree strategies for, clients’ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
10. Lead and sign off insurance programme design activities
11. Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees
12. Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams
13. Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients
What you need to have:
14. Proven insurance experience preferably Property-Casualty (Combined)
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
16. Strong relationship building and relationship management skills
17. Analytical and problem-solving skills
18. Cert CII qualified (working towards ACII would be ideal but not essential)
What makes you stand out:
19. Dynamic with previous client facing experience
20. The ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
21. Cert CII qualified and working towards ACII is desirable
22. Knowledge and understanding of the public sector / social housing sector
