The Opportunity:
This role will sit at the heart of the supply chain operation, ensuring optimal product availability across E-commerce and retail channels. You'll be responsible for keeping production lines running smoothly, maintaining the right stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain Product Availability: Ensure stock levels support growth while balancing waste and efficiency.
* Collaborate with Partners: Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure reliability and service excellence.
* Solve Operational Challenges: Identify and resolve root causes of supply issues to ensure seamless operations.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sourcing, packaging and logistics teams to align planning across the value chain.
* Data-Led Planning: Provide timely reports on stock and coverage, driving planning decisions with robust analysis.
* Champion Best Practices: Share knowledge and continuously seek improvement in supply chain processes.
* Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to cut waste, improve capacity, and reduce costs through strategic planning.
* System Integrity: Ensure planning and financial systems are accurately maintained with correct production data.
Who We're Looking For:
* A highly analytical thinker, ideally with a STEM background (Maths, Engineering, Physics).
* Proven experience in supply chain, production planning or operations roles - ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and ideally familiarity with supply chain or ERP systems.
* Detail-oriented with excellent forecasting, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments and takes ownership of their work.
