Accounts Assistant – About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
* Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner
* Reconcile bank statements and financial records
* Support in preparing financial reports and statements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities
* Handle administrative tasks related to accounting functions
* Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
The successful Accounts Assistant will have/be:
* Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
* Proficient in accounting software Xero
