Responsibilities:
As the BLOK Restaurant Manager, you'll be entrusted with various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
* Conducting team training, crafting schedules, and fostering a supportive environment.
* Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
* Maintaining immaculate cleanliness and comprehensive knowledge of our diverse product range.
* Managing till operations, resolving customer complaints, and overseeing cashing up and opening/closing procedures.
* Recruitment, performance reviews, and meticulous maintenance reporting.
Key Attributes:
* Leadership: Lead by example and inspire our team to exceed expectations.
* Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate keen attention to detail and adept task prioritisation skills.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure seamless team collaboration and exceptional customer service.
* Experience: Previous success in a restaurant management role is essential.
