Join Siemens Energy / Aeroderivative Gas Turbines Department as Repair Network Project Manager, working closely with our external network of MROCs (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Centers) and authorized Repair Vendors.
The Project Manager role is key to developing programme solutions to support the network and our long-term planning & strategy work streams. You will actively manage the Siemens Energy Repair of Spares process by being accountable for on time delivery, recoveries, turn time, and improvement programs.
How You Will Make an Impact :
1. Develop, deliver and manage end to end repair projects and programmes in support of the Repair Executive Process, including new and emerging repair development reviews.
2. Facilitate repair planning meetings using the gated project process, develop standard agendas, diarise and lead standard diary meeting and progress action items.
3. Be accountable for the risk management plans, governance reviews, and relationships with standalone approved repair licensees.
4. Own key relationships between customers, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
5. Devise and manage key performance indicators and metrics for our repair vendors to ensure contractual performance.
What You Bring:
6. Educated to degree level or equivalent, Gas Turbine or Aerospace knowledge is a plus
7. Prior experience within aero derivative repair operations, overhaul or component repair would be advantageous.
8. Lean Six Sigma, PMP certification appreciated.
9. Ability to develop key relationships with stakeholders, including customers.
10. Exhibit confident project management skills, with proven Project management experience.
11. Experience of leading small cross functional teams of indirect reports using communication and influencing skills.
12. Travel 25% (mainly UK/US/Canada), hybrid work model 3 days in the office.
