This a key role for a talented and ambitious individual to bring a fresh thinking, thought leadership and an operational approach to attraction, working closely with the HR Business Partners. This is an outstanding opportunity to led a key resourcing project, whilst driving high performance in a multi-site, operational environment. The successful incumbent will work at all levels and have the opportunity to make a real difference to the future success of this fast paced business, ensuring the realisation of the organisations values and vision to be an employer of choice. This is a role that needs a hand on person, leading on mid level resourcing, whilst enhancing the processesand capabilities needed to enable business leaders to define strategic capability needs. You will be accountable for an attraction and sourcing strategy which is innovative in a competitive market.
