We are looking for a Tik Tok Manager to work for a premium Oral care brand in Altrincham
Reports to: Social Media Manager / Head of Marketing
Role Overview
We’re looking for a TikTok-first, trend-obsessed TikTok Manager to own and scale our clients presence on TikTok — including organic content, growth, influencer amplification, and TikTok LIVE performance.
This role is both creative and operational, responsible for planning, executing, and optimising TikTok content and LIVE shopping experiences that drive awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Posting
• Plan, film, edit, and publish daily TikTok content
• Create high-performing content including:
• UGC-style videos
• Trend-led content
• Educational dental content
• Product demos & transformations
• Founder / team-led videos (where relevant)
• Write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting to TikTok trends

TikTok LIVE Management
• Own TikTok LIVE strategy and execution
• Plan and schedule regular TikTok LIVE sessions
• Manage the full LIVE setup, including:
• Product setup and links
• Talking points, run-of-show, and offers
• Tech setup (lighting, audio, phone setup, TikTok Shop integration)
• Recruit, brief, and manage LIVE presenters
• Train presenters on brand tone, key messages, and conversion tactics
• Moderate or oversee LIVE moderation (comments, pinned links, FAQs)
• Analyse LIVE performance and optimise future sessions
Growth & Performance
• Own TikTok growth KPIs: views, engagement, followers, saves, shares
• Track LIVE-specific metrics: viewers, watch time, conversion, revenue
• Analyse performance weekly and refine strategy accordingly
• Test new formats, hooks, posting times, and content pillars
• Identify viral trends early and execute quickly
Influencer & UGC Collaboration
• Work with the Social Media Manager to:
• Brief influencers and creators
• Repurpose influencer content for brand TikTok
• Turn high-performing influencer videos into organic posts
• Source and manage UGC creators and LIVE presenters where required
Paid & Conversion Support
• Identify organic and LIVE content suitable for paid amplification
• Flag top-performing videos and LIVE clips for ads
• Create TikTok-native content designed to convert, not just trend
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience managing and growing a TikTok account
• Experience running or supporting TikTok LIVE and/or TikTok Shop
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut preferred)
• Confident managing on-camera talent
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and LIVE formats
• Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands preferred
