Job Description
The Planning and Logistics Manager will be responsible for coordinating production planning and logistics to ensure timely and complete delivery of customer orders. This includes planning orders into production schedules, liaising with third-party packers and logistics providers, maintaining accurate stock records, and managing customs documentation for exports.
Responsibilities
* Plan bulk, retail, oat, and drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200 and communicate with relevant departments for forecasting.
* Manage logistics and address customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure all export documentation is accurate and complete.
* Perform other tasks as required by the business.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200 software.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Experience monitoring KPIs such as On-Time In-Full deliveries and GMP audits.

* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
