Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established care provider, who are looking for a full time Community Based Clinical Lead Nurse in the Dorset region.
The Clinical Lead supports the Registered Manager in ensuring high-quality care delivery across all clients. They provide clinical guidance to Care Coordinators, supervise field operations, and share on-call responsibilities with the Registered Manager. This role acts as a key advisory and escalation point for Care Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Care Coordinators during client visits and care delivery.
2. Conduct spot checks and assessments of field staff performance.
3. Ensure care plans are implemented according to client needs and standards.
4. Escalate clinical concerns to Registered Manager as required.
5. Provide guidance on complex client cases, care plans, and clinical decisions.
6. Mentor Care Coordinators and support professional development.
7. Act as the first point of contact for coordinators needing clinical advice.
8. Alternate on-call coverage with Registered Manager.
9. Handle urgent field incidents, clinical escalations, and emergency situations.
10. Maintain documentation of all on-call interventions and escalate as required.
