Oracle HCM Specialist, 1 Year Contract, £450 P/D Inside IR35, HYBRID ROLE onsite at Warwick

* Provide application support for Oracle HCM, particularly HR modules (HRMS, SSHR, Workflow, OLM, BI, SQL)
* Troubleshoot issues reported by system operators and help desk teams
* Ensure timely responses within SLAs and OLAs
* Build solid relationships with clients and project teams
* Deliver politically sensitive solutions with professionalism

The successful candidate will have: -

* Strong Oracle HCM experience, with emphasis on HR functionalities
* Analytical and investigative problem-solving skills
* Previous experience in application support teams
* Knowledge of SQL querying and configuration
* Familiarity with help desk systems and service request management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to negotiate and persuade stakeholders
