About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑driven Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy finance team in Holywell. This role is ideal for someone experienced in transactional finance who can work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be responsible for processing 50–70 invoices per day and ensuring supplier payments are accurate and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing 50–70 invoices daily
2. Matching, batching and coding invoices
3. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
4. Managing the accounts payable inbox and handling queries
5. Preparing payment runs
6. Supporting month‑end tasks including accruals and reporting
7. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring policypliance
8. Building strong internal and external relationships
What We’re Looking For
9. Previous Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
10. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
11. Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines
12. Confidentmunicator with a proactive approach
13. Good Excel skills and experience with finance systems
