Pastry Demi Chef de Partie
Duties & Responsibilities of a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie
Prepares and presents high-quality pastries and desserts in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
Assists the Pastry Chef in daily kitchen operations and inventory checks.
Maintains strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the pastry section.
Supports junior staff and collaborates with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
About you
You have experience preparing a variety of desserts and baked goods. You work efficiently under pressure, pay close attention to detail, and support the pastry team in delivering high-quality products.
Previous
experience in a similar role is preferred.
