Now, we're looking for a skilled 3D Visualiser to join our growing team in Central London and bring bold design visions to life through immersive, high-quality visuals that captivate and inspire.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality 3D visuals for interior spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and accessories — all within tight deadlines.
* Collaborate closely with interior designers to interpret and deliver their creative vision.
* Maintain and update the studio’s 3D asset library in line with SOPs.
* Attend training to stay ahead of trends, software updates, and rendering techniques.
* Support and coordinate with external 3D suppliers when needed.
* Troubleshoot design or rendering issues, escalating where required.
* Lead by example in quality, professionalism, and team collaboration.
* Ensure consistent use of internal file structures and databases.
* Contribute positively to a collaborative and harmonious team culture.
* Represent the company professionally in both attitude and appearance.
What You Bring
Technical Expertise
* Proven skills in 3D modelling, ideally within hospitality and high-end residential interiors.
* Strong knowledge of texturing, lighting, rendering, and visual composition.
* A keen eye for design and storytelling through visuals.
* Ability to resolve rendering issues with minimal supervision.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, coaching, and supporting colleagues.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with designers and technicians.
* Commitment to fostering a positive, creative, and productive work environment.

* Strong time-management skills, able to handle multiple deadlines and projects at once.
