Snelsky is hiring a Creative Producer.
We’re a B2B video studio working with clients in insurance, property and professional services — though the work pulls us wider. Embedded video partnerships, meaning we don’t just turn up for one shoot, we live in the business and produce content month after month. A few names from the roster: Lockton (the largest private insurer in the world), Adidas, Citroen, Cryptio, Ommny, Opyio, Kingsley Interiors, SES Construction, The Rugby Union.
We’re growing the team and need a Creative Producer to own our Studio Plus accounts.
What you’d actually do
Run the relationships with our biggest clients — the ones who’ve signed up for ongoing content. Lead the meetings, come up with the ideas, build the content plans, brief the crew, and direct on the bigger shoots. You’re the human face of Snelsky for those clients, and the bridge between their world and ours.
Who you are
Creative and ridiculously organised. Comfortable in front of clients without being polished to the point of fake. You’ve got taste — you can look at a brief and see three ways it could go.
You’ve spent enough time around video production to understand how shoots actually work — what a brief needs to contain for a crew to deliver it, what’s realistic in a shoot day, why a story falls apart in the edit when the plan was wrong. Could be agency, in-house, studio — doesn’t matter which. You hold structure and chaos in the same hand.
The shape of it
Full‑time, salaried, £35k–£40k depending on experience. Hybrid — 2 to 3 days from our East Grinstead office, easy reach to London for shoots. Small team, no corporate nonsense, work that actually goes out into the world.
The perks bit
One annual team trip abroad — Portugal this year, Madeira last year. Part training, part team building, mostly dinners, drinks and beaches. The work takes you places too — last year a client conference in New York, the year before the Rugby World Cup, with a few extra days built in either side to actually enjoy being there. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus up to two weeks off at Christmas on top — depending on how the diary looks. Birthday off. All kit provided. Coffee machine, snacks, team lunches, the occasional early Friday finish when we’ve had a good week.
