About the Role
The Technical Services Manager – Fluid Power will lead a team of technicians and drive the growth of our technical services offering across the branch network.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and mentor a team of up to 6 technicians.
* Understand current service offerings and develop strategies for potential growth opportunities.
* Build relationships across the branch network, providing technical expertise, knowledge and assistance.
* Visit and build relationships with new and existing customers.
* Provide technical advice and support on our services and solutions.
* Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including presentations and demonstrations.
* Collaborate with the wider branch network on quotations and enquiries.
Qualifications
* Strong technical background in fluid power and hydraulics.
* Confident, engaging and collaborative style.
* Experience managing and developing a small team.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.
* Good level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:30 with some flexibility.
