Location: Cardiff, UK – hybrid workplace policy (office 3 days per week).
Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, lead nurturing, and client engagement.
* Conduct consultative conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs and match them to the right solutions.
* Manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate CRM updates, reporting, and forecasting.
* Collaborate with marketing and field-based sales teams to follow up on campaigns, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
* Meet and exceed activity, KPI, and sales targets to contribute to overall business success.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven B2B telephone experience, ideally in a sales environment.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
