W&A is supporting a well-established, international organisation with the appointment of a Senior Credit Control Manager. This senior role is based in Glasgow and offers a hybrid working model, combining flexibility with regular in-office collaboration. The successful candidate will take ownership of a critical finance function, leading teams and shaping credit strategy in a fast-paced, complex environment. The Opportunity This is a high-impact leadership position with responsibility for overseeing end-to-end credit control operations. You'll play a key role in protecting cash flow, managing risk and partnering with senior stakeholders to support sustainable commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the credit control function, setting clear direction and performance standards Oversee collections, debtor performance and cash targets across a diverse customer base Partner with senior finance and commercial stakeholders on credit risk and complex escalations Drive continuous improvement across credit policies, processes and controls Manage, coach and develop credit control managers and team leaders What You'll Bring Proven experience in a senior credit control or receivables leadership role Strong people leadership skills with experience managing sizeable teams In-depth knowledge of credit risk, collections strategy and dispute management Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders Commercially minded with a proactive, improvement-focused approach Why Apply?
