About the Role
* Supporting children and young people under Child Protection and Child in Need plans
* Building respectful relationships with families, support networks, and partner agencies
* Managing complex cases, including Care Proceedings
* Contributing to team management, possibly supervising ASYE or students
* Ensuring children's voices are heard and recorded in case files
* Participating in reflective and group supervision sessions
