Position: Account Manager (Full Time, 37.5 hrs per week)
Location: H Beauty Bristol

The Givenchy Fragrance Division was founded that same year, celebrating fragrance as the crowning touch of fashion and the most sensual expression of a woman’s personality. Mission
As an Account Manager for Parfums Givenchy, you are a brand ambassador and expert in makeup, skincare and fragrance. You will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Consultants to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your team, you ensure all clients receive a personalised luxury service. Through your passion for the brand you demonstrate an attitude befitting Parfums Givenchy at all times.
Job Responsibilities
Sales
 * Set targets for all team members in line with company expectations.
 * Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
 * Lead and coach your team to ensure all target goals are achieved or exceeded.
 * Link and cross‑sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU).
Service
 * Educate and train team members on the use and history of Parfums Givenchy products.
 * Be knowledgeable about all products and propose personalised recommendations, confidently overcoming objections.
 * Demonstrate products through flash make‑overs and explain benefits.
 * Initiate contact with customers and welcome them at the counter and throughout traffic stopping.
Management
 * Proactively manage all team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities and providing training and guidance.
 * Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure sufficient availability.
 * Grow the business through events, appointments and return bookings.
 * Complete all operational and administrative tasks competently.
General
 * Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
 * Adhere to all company procedures and policies outlined in the employee handbook.
 * Build relationships with store management and follow all store policies.
 * Carry out any additional duties as directed by management.
