We are seeking an exceptional, full time Telecommunications Assistantto join the Claridges team.

At the centre of Londons Mayfair, Claridges is a unique combination of splendour and charm, renowned for its impeccable, intuitive service. The hotels original art deco interiors have been interwoven with modern flourishes. It also has a famous all-day dining restaurant, the Foyer & Reading Room, and two bars: Claridges Bar and the intimate Fumoir.

As a Telecommunications Assistant you will be responsible for:

* To answer all incoming and internal calls for the London hotels and corporate office, politely and efficiently, according to our company minimum standards manual.
* Taking accurate messages for guests and management.
* Provide an intuitive service, and helping to creating renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
* To monitor, respond and/or forward live chats from guests using Alliants live chat web interface.

Successful candidates for our Telecommunications Assistant opportunity will:

* Have clear, and pleasant speaking voice, with a fluent level of spoken and written English
* Excellent typing skills.
* Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
* Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridges and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
* Have ideally worked in a similar role within a hotel environment, however this is not a prerequisite.
* Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
* A high standard of personal presentation and a confident, professional and welcoming personality.
