Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive team in Letchworth, delivering high-quality childcare and education in a nurturing early years setting, utilising play-based learning strategies and activities to support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with previous nursery experience, possessing a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and a commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education. You will be able to work within a supportive team to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment, and will be passionate about providing exceptional care and education to children, utilising your knowledge of child development theories and practices to inform your teaching and support strategies.
