We are pleased to share the opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role you will deliver compassionate, accurate, and timely support across phone, email, and live chat. You'll handle a wide range of queries—often related to housing, repairs, and sensitive personal circumstances—with empathy and professionalism. You'll take ownership of each interaction, listen actively, and provide clear resolutions, helping build trust and confidence in our services.
Location: Dereham office, Office Based. Hybrid working opportunities may be considered upon successful completion of probationary period.
Full time roles are available, on a three week working pattern (Monday to Friday)
Week 1: 9am-4:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Week 2: 9am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Week 3: 9:30am - 6pm (1 hour lunch break)

The ideal candidate will have:
* experience working in a customer service role, ideally in a contact centre or similar environment
* excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* have high levels of IT literacy, with experience working with a range of IT systems
* experience of maintaining data records during calls
* qualifications to a GCSE standard or equivalent.

If you are successfully shortlisted you will be invited to attend a group assessment center, which will include a team based task, a written element and a short traditional interview. This will last around 2 hours.
