Responsibilities
* As a Customer Support Advisor in our CSI department, you’ll ensure customers receive a fantastic experience by solving problems and addressing discrepancies with their policies.
* Communicate with customers via multiple channels including phone and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TrustPilot, LinkedIn).
* Handle data merge and investigations of discrepancies while customers are on the call.
* Provide customer service via social media channels, including booking repairs, answering queries, and responding to and raising complaints.
* Manage and respond to Trustpilot, Facebook, and Google reviews.
* Set up and manage plans for JL Furniture customers and D&G employee discount plans.
* Assist D&G employees with setting up JL Protect Plus plans.
* Receive and manage “Signet calls” from customers who have jewellery plans in store at H.Samuel, Ernest Jones and Lesley Davies.
* Assist HSBC, AO, Argos and Game customers with technical issues on laptops and PCs.
What Else To Expect
* Shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. Weekend work includes 2 full weekends, 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday in every 10 weeks.
* Role can be fully remote or hybrid.
* Extensive training and support, including TECH training to support customer issues firsthand.

* A solid background in targeted customer service.
* Great attention to detail and the ability to spot opportunities.
* Excellent knowledge of repairs and problem-solving.
* Self-motivated with strong communication skills; able to build rapport, listen, and show empathy.
* Experience working autonomously or in a home-based position.
* Strong multi-tasking abilities; capable of navigating several systems while communicating with customers by phone.
* Adaptable, able to switch between communication methods efficiently.
* Team player committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
