Job Details
* Position: Customer Care Advisor
* Contract: 18 months
* Location: Coventry
* Salary: £24,800
* Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home)
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you'll ensure effective collaboration between the Sales, Marketing, Showroom, Finance, and Fulfilment Departments to provide seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound queries effectively
* Provide excellent customer experience following company processes
* Manage complaints and escalate when necessary
* Maintain accurate records in the database
* Coordinate with courier companies regarding deliveries
* Authorize refunds when required
