Mazco Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading manufacturer in the motorsport sector, specialising in high-performance plastic components. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Setter Operator Miller with experience on 3, 4, and 5 axis HAAS machines.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for setting and operating HAAS CNC milling machines to produce precision plastic components for motorsport applications. Working from technical drawings, you’ll ensure all parts are machined to exacting standards and tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities

Set and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis HAAS CNC milling machines
*
Read and interpret technical engineering drawings
*
Inspect components using measuring equipment to ensure quality standards
*
Work to tight tolerances in a clean, fast-paced environment
*
Ensure safe working practices and maintain machine upkeep
Requirements
*
Proven experience setting and operating HAAS milling machines (3–5 axis)
*
Strong understanding of machining plastics or similar materials
*
Confident reading and working from engineering drawings
*
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
*
Background in motorsport or other high-precision industries is highly desirable
