Services Leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, business predictability and leading and scaling the EMEA Services function. They will own the operational framework, tools and reporting for EMEA and will ensure process standardisation and an evolution from multiple country‑level forecasts to a single, unified EMEA Services forecast, supported by consistent processes, tools and data.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Forecasting, Capacity & Financial Operations Performance:
* Own the end‑to‑end EMEA Services forecast (revenue, utilisation, margin, billable headcount and contractor spend).
* Lead the transition from multiple country‑level forecasts to one unified EMEA forecast, defining and embedding a common methodology, calendar, roles and accountability model across the region.
* Coach Services Leaders on consistent reporting and usage of Global Services Automation (GSA).
* Ensure accurate, timely submission of Services forecasts.
* Partner with Finance and local leaders to drive the monthly forecasting and budgeting cycles, including variance analysis and risk/opportunity assessment.
* Support multi-currency and country-level financial analysis.
* Identify risks and opportunities related to staffing mix, demand and pricing.
* Continuously improve forecast accuracy and predictability.
Services Delivery Operations:
* Global Services Automation (GSA): Utilization, capacity, bill rates and margin.
* Project pipeline from Salesforce data.
* Resourcing data (e.g. over and underutilisation targets).
* Project performance, delivery timelines and risk management.
* Standardized project metrics across EMEA geos and departments.
Services Operations Reporting & Communications:
* Partner with EMEA Sr Director, Finance, to prepare all Services data and insights, for various EMEA Services reviews.
* Prepare and deliver clear executive-level summaries and insights presentations as required.
* Present data and metrics to C-Level leadership.
* Provide key inputs and support for regular business planning activities and other strategic initiatives as required by leadership.
* Operations Processes, Governance, Systems, Tools & Data Integrity:
o Own and optimize Services data across systems: GSA, Salesforce.
o Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance for EMEA Services.
o Partner with Global Services Operations to drive data, process, reporting and governance enhancements and standardization.
People Leadership:
* People leadership for the EMEA Services Operations team.
* Coach, grow and nurture. Complete performance reviews and development discussions.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Experienced manager of EMEA Business/Finance Operations in a SaaS business.
* Strong experience in SaaS (or enterprise software) and Services environment.
* Strong communication to all levels (Operations to C-Suite).
* Proven expertise in Services KPIs.
* Proven track record of successfully collaborating with leaders across EMEA, navigating local complexity and variations in business practices.
* Expert level user of Salesforce, Excel and AI‑driven analytics.
* Experience supporting multi-currency, multi-entity environments.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
