Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Specialist located in Shrewsbury. The Planning Specialist will be responsible for preparing and submitting planning applications, providing planning advice and guidance to clients, conducting site visits, and liaising with local authorities. The role also involves assisting with project management, coordinating with external consultants, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant planning policies and regulations.
