Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Clothing & Apparel Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with strong apparel graphics experience who can adapt across multiple graphic styles while consistently maintaining and evolving The Couture Club’s brand DNA.
You will work closely with the design, product development, and merchandising teams to create graphics that translate seamlessly onto garments, supporting seasonal collections and brand direction.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop apparel graphics across men’s and women’s collections (print, embroidery, placement graphics, trims, and details)
• Translate The Couture Club’s brand DNA into commercially strong and creatively relevant graphic concepts
• Adapt graphic styles to suit different product categories, silhouettes, collections and price points
• Create artwork files ready for production, ensuring technical accuracy for print and application
• Collaborate with fashion designers, garment technologists, and product teams from concept through to final execution
• Research trends, references, and graphic directions relevant to the brand and target customer
• Support seasonal collection development, capsules, and special projects
• Maintain brand consistency while contributing fresh ideas and creative evolution
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment
Skills & Experience
• 3+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer within fashion / apparel
• Strong understanding of garment graphics, including print techniques and embellishments
• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (InDesign is a plus & Adobe firefly knowledge and understanding.
• Experience preparing production-ready artwork
• Ability to adapt creatively while maintaining strong brand consistency
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of how graphics translate onto clothing
• Confident working collaboratively within a creative team
• Commercial mindset with a passion for fashion and street-luxury aesthetics
