Your Role As the Preschool Room Leader, you'll guide a small team of two practitioners in caring for and educating a group of up to 24 children aged 2.5 to 4 years. You’ll take ownership of planning, EYFS delivery, and play-based learning experiences that encourage children to grow in confidence, independence, and creativity. There is also potential for 3rd in Charge responsibilities for the right candidate, offering clear room for career growth in a nurturing and professionally rewarding environment. ✅ What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone confident, capable, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education.
