As a Customer Service Team Leader based at our head office at Scrivens House in Birmingham, you’ll be a key figure in delivering excellent customer experiences while motivating and supporting your team. Your leadership will help ensure our national customer service operations run smoothly and maintain Scrivens’ high standards of service and professionalism.
This is an ideal role for a confident, experienced customer service professional ready to take on a leadership position within a well-established, family-run business.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors at Scrivens House
* Ensure consistently high standards of customer service across the national operation
* Manage day-to-day team operations and resolve escalated customer issues
* Support senior management with operational tasks and team performance
* Foster a positive, inclusive working environment
* Monitor and report on customer feedback and service levels
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in customer service
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire, support, and effectively manage a diverse team.
They should possess excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, along with a customer-focused mindset and a strong sense of commercial awareness. Comfort with working in a fast-paced, healthcare-related environment is also important.
