Head of eCommerce (Product Management)

We are seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed, commercially minded and technically robust Head of eCommerce (Product Management) to join our clients growing team. You will be working hybrid so have mix of working on-site and remotely. As the Head of eCommerce (Product Management), you will lead product thinking across the full eCommerce life cycle and take full ownership of our client’s digital commerce strategy and execution.
Responsibilities: -
Define and own the eCommerce product vision and roadmap aligned with the business goals and customer needs
Lead delivery and discovery of all new platform features
Ensure integration is seamless with internal systems (CRM, payments, ERP and provisioning)
Own the full customer journey, from browsing to checkout, management and onboarding
Monitor compliance readiness, operational metrics and platform health
Communicate with stakeholders
Be the single point of accountability for eCommerce outcomes
Skills: -
Strong experience of product management (specifically on eCommerce platforms, including core transactional infrastructure)
Proven success in leading end-to-end product strategies that drive growth and customer engagement
