Roots is a dual-concept restaurant bringing bold flavours and relaxed energy to every service. By day, we're an Australian-inspired brunch destination; by night, a lively pizzeria and bar serving contemporary Neapolitan pizzas, smash burgers, steaks, small plates and seasonal salads under our Roots by Night menu. We're looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our team, working primarily evening shifts with some day shifts across our brunch operation. You'll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, maintaining exceptional food standards and developing junior team members. The ideal candidate will have proven Sous Chef experience, the ability to work confidently across multiple cuisines, and a passion for great food.
