As a Lecturer (Teaching and Scholarship) in Psychology, your role will be to support the School in transforming the educational experience of its students, ensuring that, regardless of their background, all develop the knowledge and skills required to succeed and make a positive impact in the world. You will bring and embrace innovative and evidence-informed approaches to teaching and learning that will deliver inclusive, active, and digitally enhanced experiences to all our students.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with disciplinary expertise in Psychology, with knowledge, experience, and creativity to specialize in innovative modes of course delivery, assessment, curriculum design, and scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL). With the ability to collaborate effectively and motivate and inspire learners, you will become a valued academic member of the School of Psychology, supporting innovation in our taught programs and helping to introduce new forms of teaching and learning.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our expanding team of dedicated student-focused Psychology lecturers.
You will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses. You will also work with colleagues to support the introduction of innovative curriculum design and delivery, utilizing interactive teaching methods, inclusive and authentic learning and assessment, and transdisciplinary approaches to teaching major themes such as sustainability. The role also entails a significant scholarly commitment, with individuals engaging in scholarly work on teaching and learning aligned with their discipline(s).
