This position offers a blend of marketing, digital content, and customer order processing responsibilities, supporting both online presence and day-to-day commercial operations. The role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Duties & Responsibilities * Developing and updating website content and helping to expand product ranges * Exploring potential changes to websites and online directories to help improve SEO * Creating product documentation for promotion and information purposes * Creating engaging content for digital and social media promotional posts and blogs * Identifying trends and opportunities * Operating and responding to webchats * Creating catalogue templates and new catalogues for certain product ranges * Collating and updating product images * Updating and creating new adverts for use in trade magazines and handbooks * Processing orders for key sales account customers * Liaising with customers during order processing and following up on sales opportunities * Sending order confirmations to customers * Checking stock availability * Filing paperwork * Dealing with customers and suppliers by telephone and email * Arranging import documentation for overseas deliveries * Processing sales orders received through websites * Checking payments This list is not exhaustive and is meant as a guide.
