Working within the Order-to-Cash Re-Imagination project within the Goldfinch Transformation workstream, the role will be supporting our virtual bank account adoption initiative for our UK and Ireland markets.

This role will require working on two initiatives:

* Working with IVCE internal teams and clinics to update invoices, statements and website information with the correct VBAs
* Work with external customers (charity and insurance companies) to correctly use the VBAs when they make payments.
This role is initially being offered on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Initiative 1:

* Collaborate with the IVCE technology team and clinics to implement wholesale changes in practice computer systems across UK&I to provide the correct VBA information.
* Collaborate with the IVCE change team to ensure:
- All UK&I clinics are sharing correct VBA and referencing information with their customers through their invoices, statements, cover letters and any other material.

- All UK&I clinics have directly contacted customers who are known to be paying into the wrong VBA account, to ask them to update their payment information.

Initiative 2:

* Engage with c.50 charities and insurers to support them in changing their master information to using the correct VBA account for each of the clinics.
In addition:
* Ensure any perceived complexities, issues or existing exceptions escalated promptly
* Be a champion of the project
* Any other tasks as required


Experience/Qualifications:

* Knowledge of payment systems and VBA.
* Analytical and data-gathering skills.
* Communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Previous experience of Business Process Outsourcing
