Job Description
Our friendly and expanding client law firm based in Buckinghamshire is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 1-5 years PQE who is able to to run own caseload (with supervision and support from the partner).
The successful candidate will be dealing with the following:-
* Grants and assignments of leases
* Sales and purchases
* Property finance
* Options and development matters
* Corporate/commercial experience may be helpful (but not essential).
You should be keen to further your career as a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer and to begin to develop strong client relationships. Good communication and IT skills are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (Office based)
Salary £30,000-£65,000 DOE
Hours: 9 - 17 hrs, Monday to Friday
*Ability to commute/relocate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Holidays: Standard plus Bank Holidays
Expected start date: ASAP
Skills & Requirements:
A Solicitor/Lawyer experienced in Commercial Property 1-5 yrs pqe.
