Dental Practice Manager – Stowmarket Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Stowmarket, IP14 1DL (Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting)
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Practice Manager to join our modern and well-established practice in Stowmarket. We are a busy NHS and Private practice with a dedicated and friendly team focused on delivering outstanding patient care.
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual who can lead and support our team, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, and drive performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the smooth and compliant running of the practice
Ensure high standards of patient service, care, and communication
Support and develop practice staff to reach performance and development goals
Lead staff meetings, handle conflict and complaints effectively
Monitor and achieve NHS and private income targets
Maintain strong communication within the team
Deliver or coordinate staff training and development
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager or similar
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Competent in Microsoft Office
Experience with KPI monitoring, team motivation, and conflict resolution
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to practice management
Experience Required:
Dental Practice Management: 1 year (Required)
Dental Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Additional Requirements:
Must have work authorisation in the UK
