The Role
In this role, you will work alongside leading commercial disputes lawyers with expertise in public procurement, gaining invaluable experience in a highly specialised field. You will handle a varied and diverse caseload, offering strategic advice to clients—from private companies to public sector organisations—at every stage of the dispute resolution process.
Your responsibilities will include advising clients during the early stages of potential disputes, helping them navigate complex regulatory and contractual issues, and representing them in dispute resolution proceedings. These may include litigation in the High Court, arbitration, mediation, tribunals, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in a dynamic area of law while collaborating with some of the most respected professionals in the field.
The Ideal Candidate
* Commercial Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE with experience in procurement disputes.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with a range of clients.
* Comfortable engaging in business development activities.
* Enjoys working in a team environment and supporting junior colleagues.
* Commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current construction law landscape.
