Asan Elsa’s Cocktail Bartender at The Fife Arms Hotel, Braemar you will bea part of a small team providing high quality drinks, exceptional service andcreating the best experience for our guests. You will take part in creating newmenus, attend trainings and tastings, as well as create some very uniqueandtailor-made cocktails.
As Elsa’s Cocktail Bartender you will beresponsible for:
* Hosting guests and making menu recommendations.
* Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service.
* Ensuring all guests are provided with attentive, courteous, andprofessional service of the highest standard.
* Supporting with stock control - date checks, rotation, upsell ofold/new lines, reporting underselling lines to be replaced.
* Working diligently toachieve outstanding service quality.
Oursuccessful Elsa’s Cocktail Bartender will have:
* Proven experience as a Bartender or a similar role within a similar hospitality environment.
* Knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail trends.
* The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
* Initiative, emotionalintelligence and strong communication and organisation skills.
* The ability to work underpressure.
* A passion and ambition todeliver exceptional experiences.
* A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
