Working for an established firm in their accounts department processing purchase invoices on their computerised systems

The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

* Processing supplier invoices, matching purchase orders on their computer system
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Reconciling supplier statements
* General administrative
* Previous experience dealing in processing invoices is required

Required:

Someone organised and confident communicating with staff and others

Previous Experience:

1. Experience in a Purchase Ledger role
2. ExcelSage or a similar accounting system
